We were looking for a good restaurant with vegetarian options for some of our party and a friend recommended Oyamel. They serve tapas style so we ordered several different items and shared them amongst us. If I lived in the area or visit again, I will definitely be back!!
Just real good food and restaurant just the only thing I don't like was the wait to have a table, but that means the food is so good!😃😃😃😃

The food was SO fresh and the Margaritas were strong! PS table-side prepared guac?!? AMAZING!
Great Mexican dishes , try the jaiba cocktail so delicious and queso fundido con chorizo also the tacos was ok!
It was a great place and great food! Make a reservation because it's super busy and long waits. Downside is food doesn't all come out together. My husband and I were eating for at least 10 minutes before my sons food came out. The guacamole was amazing!!!!
This place has the BEST chicken enchiladas I have ever eaten and I'm from San Antonio!!! Wonderful service, reasonable timing for the busiest time of day. Would highly recommend this place for insiders in DC area and outsiders visiting.
We came here 8 years ago to eat with family. I can say anytime we are in town, we will definitely eat here again. Food was amazing, atmosphere is incredible. But the margaritas are out of this world!!!!
