My husband and I won your product at a marriage conference for Firefighters.... It is amazing! We love love love it. It is definitely a product for those tough jobs(as my husband is a fireman). It lives up to its name that is for sure! You guys also sent us some filters for free when we called to talk to you about! If you travel, you need this. If yourself you could have gone with smaller single serve K-Cup POS, but then you d have to bring a roll of duct tape.
I bought this purely as a present to myself. I love it! I travel quite a bit and being able to have my coffee with me is just like bringing a little piece of home on the road
Durable, convenient tool. Though it appeared over priced at first, the quality of its construction brings it closer to the cost. My only complaint thus far is that after the cycle is complete it drips longer than the ones I have from KEURIG, leaving a small mess.
