My dad and I got a OXX BOX back in November of 17. Been using it daily since. It works flawlessly, very well constructed machine. Thing will probably out last both of us, it is that good! Don't hesitate to contact the OXX team about anything, they respond quickly and will bend over backwards to help you with your questions or to correct anything with an order! I want the start off saying this machine is everything it is cracked up to be. It makes a better bigger cup than the leading brands. I would suggest every hard working coffee drinker to seriously look and getting one.
My husband purchased one when they were on sale because he is refurbishing his sleeper in his semi truck and is making new shelves for his microwave and a coffee pot and he wanted this coffee pot! We got it in the mail and he right away got it registered but unfortunately a couple of days later he set it on my glass top stove and somehow the burner got knocked on and it burned off the back rubber feet. This thing is a beast. I bought it exactly a year ago as a tax return present to myself. I shipped it to Iraq and used it there for six months. Now it gets daily use in the office. I use it for tea more than coffee, but I’m happy with it either way. It can accommodate my large thermos just fine and is absolutely spill proof. Customer service is phenomenal and when I’ve contacted them about minor issues (flashing lights) they’ve been able to point me in the right direction and fix it right away.
After using the oxx for about 2 months now I can honestly say that I love this coffee maker. If I’m on a job site or the office this thing is right there with me, and I love that you can dispense hot water as well for cup a soups or oatmeal. I highly recommend.
