RecommendedWe moved and we somehow lost one of the caps to the Oxx coffee maker. I contacted customer service to purchase a new one, and they sent it to me free of charge! It was awesome! Great product, great customer service! 😁

A couple of years ago we bought an Oxx box. We did not register it, and we have not given it the maintenance as regularly as we should have. We’ve got 5 small kids, so sometimes we get behind on things like coffee machine maintenance! Nevertheless, we love our Oxx box and drag it everywhere with us! When it stopped brewing this week, I emailed customer service asking what I should do. They responded immediately and asked for some more info so they could help me. I have three of these incredible coffee machines and use them daily. We use them in rain,snow and also around the house. Any time I had trouble with a unit, OXX customer service was fast,responsive and solved my issues . This OXX product is Michigan made and universally tough!
Got my fiancé one for his bday my dad loved it so much he just got his in the mail! Will fit awesome in his semi truck.
