This company does not care about people only profits! I bought through Amazon my mistake the next day went down 50, then went to there site to register it they had better prices was going to send it back but they have a restock fee it was a gift for my husband so I don't send it back. They would not work with or call they only email would buy a big box store would be more helpful. Not a happy customer!
RecommendedWe bought a CoffeeBoxx when they first came out and have used it on the jobsite for years. We had an issue with it after a couple years and the company took care of the issue we had when we sent it back with zero fighting. They don't just build a tough coffee maker, they also back it up with exceptional customer service.
Product is worth every penny. Build WAY tougher than I thought and it heats up abs brews faster than a regular Keurig. Love this thing.
This is a great customer oriented company. I bought my Oxx box three years ago and Oxx has always been fast to respond to my inquiries dealing with upkeep on my coffee maker. Proud to own an Oxx box!
Epic fail!! Got one for xmas and was bought for me based on portability. what a joke!! it takes over 1,400 watts of electricity to run this product. Not only do u need a generator, but it needs to have power behind it. Product only looks cool but needs a option to charge it like a jump or battery pack. "Then it would be portable" Right now its just a kureg machine geared towards yeti cooler people. cough!! rip off!! cough!!!
I received my oxx box for Christmas 2018, and it lives in our motor home getting used on the road. It has been trouble free until yesterday, 12/20/19, I was filling the tank and it leaked. Neither of us remember dropping it, but it has a spider crack on one corner and leaks bad enough to be unusable. I repaired it with E6000 and it held, so the point is...I never though about the weak link being the tank !!! we will never buy any other brand, we love our Oxx, we camp alot and it's great for camping or at home, we use it every day!!!!
