Great product for anyone in the construction industry that drinks coffee. Very rugged and compact.
Recently my sensor stopped working in my Oxx. I contacted customer service and worked with Nathan (and I’m sure his team behind the scenes). They took such good care of me and were so kind and patient. I sent my Oxx back and they fixed it with no charge to me. Would 100% recommend their products and their customer service is unmatched!

I have purchased both the coffee maker and coffee from OXX. We use the coffee maker in the trailer at the car races. Works great and keeps the crew happy in the morning much better than race track coffee😾! Orders have always been fulfilled promptly. Any question I have has always been answered in a way that makes me feel like OXX cares 😁

Outstanding customer service. They really went above and beyond. My oxx had stopped working after a deployment and not only did they replace it, they serviced the old one and sent it back. I will never buy another brand of coffee maker again.
