Works as well as I'd hoped. So far it's indestructible.
I have this machine, 20 oz cup, refill pods, and a very hot cup of coffee to burn your mouth! Wife wanted a K-cup machine and this is great to take on the road, tail gate, fishing, work, etc. Great Product!
I absolutely love this machine. It is so easy to fill and use. I haul it to my camper during the summer and hook it up outside so that everyone can use it. I just recently broke the water tank in it and they are sending me a new tank!! Awesome customer service.

I have 2 and love them. Had what turned out to be a minor issue with one of them. After emailing them, they immediately sent me a pretty paid ups ticket, fixed the machine, and I had it back in just over a week, even with the holidays! They completely serviced the machine even though it was over the warranty. I have never seen such good customer service, and I will be buying at least 3 more machines for my campers and welding rigs. Thank You very much Oxx!!!

Awesome product, brewed at least 12 cups first morning out in the field at work. Coworkers laughed at first but then were impressed by it brewing in 10 degree weather in the bed of my work truck. I did plenty of research and followed the manual on prepping the machine. I only use bottled water and so far no issues. Separate hot water spout comes in handy for cup o noodles. ***update**** I have updated my review from 1 star to 4. We very much enjoy the product. It didnt work as intended when we first received it but after some troubleshooting its now as good as new. I am a bit suprised with it took over a month for my review to be noticed but i am happy with the customer service rushing me a new coffeeboxx when the first one went missing in transit. For that i am happy and thankful.
