I have to agree that this company has excellent customer service, but most of all I love this machine. I have two Keurig machines because I have a vacation home and wanted one for each place. I was having so much trouble with them that when my husband saw this machine at Sams Club he bought it for me. I LOVE this machine, I wish he had purchased two or three so I could have one everywhere I go. So I have been a CoffeeBoxx user since they released the first ones in Dec 2014 off of Kickstarter. I have used and abused my CoffeeBoxx since then on disaster assignments to camping. The only issue I had was in the first month and working with the production team had it back up and running and have had zero issues since. The original team was great to work with and I have had only sparce dealing with the company since (which is good since I have had not issues), but I do not expect issues if I am in need of help!

Take mine to work in dusty factory around welders and powder cost dust. Love it. Makes great coffee plus I can keep it at my work station.
So far I love it good concept because I travel extensively in Refineries and I have always struggled to find a good fresh afternoon cup of coffee � great job with this

I love my coffeebox(s).Beat the crap outta them and they take it.They have been dropped,rained on,snowed on,covered in mud and dirt and still work.Customer service is great.1 box broke and had a new one in 2 days!

I got my OXX last year after going through a Keurig and a Tassimo while camping. Both didn't last two trips. I needed something that could take the punishment of bouncing around in the trailer. We found the OXX Box to be perfect. We get fresh coffee that tastes the same as at home and my kids are in love with the hot water for hot chocolate. I know this thing was made as work machine but honestly I recommend it to anyone who camps.

Outstanding service and customer care. You get what you pay for, so if you don't have an OXX BOX, time to buy one. I have always struggled with 2:00 PM. It's that point in the day where it's not quite quitting time, yet to early to pack it in. Always have supplemented caffeine through soda, but always wanted something better.....Enter the OXX. My wife got me this as a Christmas present,with a few dropped hints on my part, and I love this thing. Every time I explain to jobsite personnel what it is.....I get a "That's Sweet".
