Well, I’ve only had this rugged little beast for a week now, but I love it! It’s the perfect addition to my plumbing van. Keeping the job going, one cup at a time.
Works great but I'm having an issue with the refill light being on when filled. Does anyone have this problem and is it a easy fix?
LOVE...LOVE...LOVE our companies new coffee box!! Keeps my crew warm and caffeinated!! Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Way to go guys!! We will be a customer for life

I found this product and knew immediately that it was what I was looking for. I bought this over a year ago and have nothing negative that I can say about it. I did have a issue with the unit recently and one email to OXX and it was taken care. Great product and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..... what else can you ask for. Take it from me, throw away that “other” coffee maker and buy one. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Nathan and everyone at OXX!
Had to jump through some hoops to get my hands on the CoffeeBOXX in Canada, but thanks to OXX customer support help, I am now a proud owner of one:) Very happy with the product - our crew of 5 will go through a total of 20+ cups in one day on a jobsite, so being able to make good quality coffee at any moment without bugging the client or running to the nearest Tim Hortons is definitely saving a huge deal of time and $$. Awesome coffee machine, with even better customer care and support! both times I communicated with Nathan in customer care, I was highly impressed with the speed of action to rectify the problem; there is no other reason to buy this machine; none! I received my Oxx as a Father's Day gift and it has been Love ever since. LOL. I continue to get compliments on the look, ruggedness and consistent hot cup of coffee it brews. I had an issue with my machine but was RAPIDLY addressed. Nathan in customer support is and was a pleasure to deal with.
My husband has two of these bad boys! He got one for his jobsite & I got him one for his shop here at home. He loves them! Had an issue with one, and your support staff got right on it, they even checked to be sure the part they sent fixed the problem. Very impressed!

Awesome product! We have had our Oxx Box for a few years- use it everyday. Today had trouble, called their phone number. The call back was fast- I felt like the gentleman really wanted to make sure we fixed this and we did!
