We run at least 5-10 cups of coffee a day through our OXX Coffee Box! Its durability keeps up with the wear and tear of traveling on the rodeo road.
One of the best purchases I have made this year. I spend a lot of time on police gun ranges with my job, and my OXX is always in the truck for a quality cup of coffee. Once other people see it, they ask if they can have a cup of coffee. The OXX coffee is excellent as well. I carried it to Las Vegas this year for the SHOT Show since the hotels don't have coffee makers. I just have to say OXX has the best customer service of any company i have dealt with.Our OXX was clogged after been used on the job site for many months and within hours of emailing them they sent me a label to ship it to them for free to be fixed.The next day it was at my door not only fixed but they cleaned the entire thing and left me a handwritten note ! Recommend the company and coffee maker to anyone !
This company (and Nathan in particular) are excellent to work with! I had a problem with one of the black limited edition OXX box units from about a year and a half ago, and Nathan + OXX solved it right away! When the fixed unit comes back, I intend to give it to the pastor at our local church or alternately the local Legion post. Thanks OXX, you guys are AMAZING :))

i bought my oxx coffe box march of this year and i have put 30 plus cups through it per day.iam very hard on my coffee machines and i normally burn the pump out of them within 2 months.this beast of a machine is pounds out cup after cup and is the toughest machine i have ever owned by far.the only problem i have had with it in 4 months is that my filter cap broke and it will no longer pump water since it has to be air tight.i got ahold of a very nice man named nathan from customer service he helped me through the process of ... read more

I ordered mine online for as an xmas gift for the hubby. As I live in Canada, they took care of passing it through customs, which was marvelous. Then, when he finally started using it, the water jug leaked. Nothing would stop it. I messaged Oxx, dealt with the wonderful Nathan, and within 4 minutes of sending in the email, not only was it dealt with, a new one was okayed. Within 24 hours, it was shipped. These guys rock!! And the maker is awesome! It makes life at the lake better and job sites cheaper!!

I've had this almost one year brewed 15 cups of coffee for my crew on it everyday for 5 months straight. never had any issues.
