The people at Oxmoor Mazda worked real hard to get me the best deal they could get and got me into a fantastic car.
i bought a 2013 ford fusion from oxmoor mazda less than 7 months ago. i have put a motor and new turbos on the car overall around 7000 dollars worth of work the car has been in the shop more then i have been able to drive it and the worst part is none of it was covered under factory warranty... so every penny came out pf pocket.. i will never by a used car from here again! I cannot say enough good things about Oxmoor Mazda and the people I personally dealt with there. If you go there, ask for Josh Kuiphof and Harlow. I've dealt with many sexist, age-ist, rude, sneaky, money-hungry, lying, and arrogant car salesmen during this search, and let me tell you, Josh and Harlow are trustworthy, hard working, knowledgeable, and truly want to get you the best deal they possibly can. Been in a lot of sales place and was very knowledgeable about what was coming next and was very amazed at how easy the process was even though my situation wasn't the best they found what I was looking for and wanted instead of trying to force me into something i didn't want. Very impressed the the level of customer service provided and I would recommend this be your first and last stop in the car buying process!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The slowest, sleaziest, most cowardly and least productive sales team that claimed they wanted to 'work with us'. Awful sales department all around. Shit dancing skills too. So much run around, many lies and please, buyer beware.
I have dealt with Oxmoor Mazda since 2010. Nice people and caring staff. Bought myself a new car a week ago and the process was smooth, I had problems and they even checked to make sure everything was ok several days after I bought it.
Absolutely love Oxmoor Mazda!!! They are always very kind and willing to help. We've become friends with Jeff and John in the service department. It's not just going to a mechanic to have work done, it's like being with family! The only place we will buy a car from!
