This was my second car with oxmoor Mazda. Every time I have a great experience. Scott was my sales person and did a great job helping me and making the transition easy.
I was very worried about going through the process of trading in my car, but the staff at Oxmoor Mazda truly made me feel welcomed. They walked me through all the information and even taught me quite a bit about the process. I did not feel pressured which was my biggest worry. Everybody was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to through the entire process. I mainly spoke with Lakin who provided me with several options and broke down each situation for me. I would highly recommend giving them a try!
