Had a great purchase experience in May. Brought it back for our first service appointment and the customer service apparently got left in the modular building. Everyone walking around all stuffy .... in suits and nice clothes. I bought from a guy in khakis and a polo shirt. Now in the new building it's suits and ties ... it's a Mazda not a Mercedes. Had a recall on my mazda, so i called mazda and they gave me a reference number and said to bring the car to a mazda dealership. I showed up here today about 2 after being told by mazda to just take the car in when it was good for me and the guy at the service desk acted like I ruined his day. He was insanely rude. I took my car to neil huffman instead and they quickly and politely took care of everything. I will not be returning here.
I came there looking for something different and not expecting to leave with something the same day but I found something better and more reliable and left with it! Thanks you so much Tyler!

Oxmoor Mazda is great really friendly place and comfortable environment .....my sales person was Leilani great girl she will fight for you and get you what you want no matter what it is I highly recommend her she got me my dream car I would recommend everybody talk to her
Complete waste of my time...and I took time off of work and drove from Elizabethtown to get here. The manager, Gary Duvall had a crappy attitude. Unprofessional and rude. When I start looking for a car again it won't be from here.

I am having an issue with my Mazda 6 automatic seat. When I called, initially the first appointment was more than a week away. Since my seat was stuck in a position that was too far back for me to drive safely the receptionist called back and John Bishop said he would work me in the next day. When I got there, John was polite and understanding of my dilemma.
