Wasted 4 days going back and forth with this car lot, went to another car lot and drove home with a new car that night. Never ever dealing with the "Oxmoor Group" again!!
Onion Mazda was outstanding... Especially Teddy Simamora..He was very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs and was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at.. Would not hesitate to shop there again..
I couldn't be happier with my new cx-5. The few times I have had to take it to the service dept (for routine things) the employees have been extremely helpful, efficient and accommodating.
I've not dealt with sales department, but my service advisor, John Bishop is always great to work with! I can say the Oxmoor Mazda service department beat the Paul Miller Mazda service department (in Lexington) hands down.
Stopped into Oxmoor Mazda to look at the 2016 CX-5 again, and Herbert Webster came to answer any questions I had. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and certainly did not put any pressure on, and when I suggested a test ride he again explained many of the great features as well as all the safety features and this 'window shopper' loved the vehicle and couldn't go home without it. My experience during my visit at Oxmoor Mazda was amazing! Kris Johnson, my sales representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. My 2009 Mazda 3 experienced a water leak that was caused by a minor fender-bender. Corey Rash and his team found the location and cause quickly and sent me to Oxmoor Collision where it was repaired within a couple of hours. It's great having everything done on the same day!
Have been trying for almost a year to get a refund of a special benefits package we were charged for. Was not offered or explained to us. Just charged us. Will do all that I can to inform people of their deceival ways. DM me for info
