Very helpful and patient, no pressure to buy Todd approached me on the lot when I first arrived. I explained to him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, and then he directed me the best option and tried to stay very close to the price I needed without trying to push me into something I didn't. He did have to step away for a bit, and Harlow was very kind to stay with me past the end of his work day and help me get started in the paperwork until Todd could get back.
