15,000 mile service I purchased my Mazda CX-5 at Oxmoor Mazda and have utilized their service department for routine/scheduled maintenance. The service staff are very helpful. They advised me about longer service periods because I was using synthetic oil, as an example. Also, while in the waiting room, the service person explained to a woman, who had brought her car in for a brake job, that she did not need new brakes, that the squealing was due to moisture and should be fine now. New car purchase The experience in buying a vehicle at Oxmoor gets more exciting each time I go there. I have been there three times in the last two years to purchase a vehicle. Just knowing I will be taken care of on what I want and how I want it makes it all worth while. For all the Mazda's I have purchased, you know it has to be the best in dependability, mileage ratings, as well as safety for the people inside. Extremely Efficient I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Mr. Geno Federico and the Oxmoor Mazda staff. He promised that I would be finished in a timely manner, and I was. He also had all of the details of my purchase worked out in advance and I did not wait for long periods. Great experience, great team! Sales person Andrew Bowden, and the finance team Mike Ross and Gary Duvall really went to bat for me. They were able to get me an awesome car I love, the payment I needed, and an absolutely AMAZING interest rate. My car was broken down.
