A very pleasing experience Friendly staff members, knowledgeable about the car purchasing process and the features of their new automobiles. Every detail was well explained and prices were fair and transparent. The sales agent was very attentive and helpful. We compared prices with other dealers and the sales agent professionalism and honesty had a big influence in our decision. Other dealers agents were not as diligent and open.

dealer cost In the future the sales person should be able to explain all dealer cost up front and not after the assumed price to the customer

The only thing that is not discussed at that time are the optional warranties available, Which our finance managers go over with each customer. Perfect I stopped by Neil Huffman on Dixie Highway and looked at a CX5 and a CX9. After talking to a sales man All I asked for was the best deal he could give me. I left the dealership. The salesman was to email me a quote On both cars his best deal was $1,000 off. So I go to Oxmoor Mazda. And talk Lars Hershey (Salesman) Test drive a CX5 Grand Tour the car listed for 34’650 Drove off the lot at 31,500. I will recommend Oxmoor Mazda Thanks

No pressure, no nonsense car shopping I visited this dealership about 9 months ago to test drive the new small Mazda offerings. The salesman showed me the cost breakdown but I didn't have the money lined up to buy. There was no pressure to accept a finance deal I might not have been comfortable with. Meanwhile I did receive periodic letters/email with rebate offers and trade-in deals. When I returned today with an intention to buy, I was pleasantly surprised that multiple rebates were accepted.
