Management doesn't return emails or phone calls I purchased a vehicle and traded one in with oxmoor mazda, over a month ago and still my trade vehicle hasnt been paid off by them I was told by mario in finance that they had mailed a check, and i was emailed a copy, but it was mailed to an address my lender had never heard of ! No one at oxmoor mazda will return my calls or emails about this issue and im wishing i had never dealt with them.

We are sorry about any confusion that has been caused. I know you spoke with our GSM the other day. Everything from our side shows it was sent to the right place. We have a Toyota dealership so our accounting department is very familiar with sending pay offs to them, we all share the same accounting department.. 1st class with southern hospitality Emily was great getting me info for the car and setting up a meeting time. John was an easy salesman to talk to and not pushy at all. Very pleased with my purchase so far. It's always nice to drive away without buyer's remorse.

marginal to poor Marginal at best. Hindsight, I wish I had not purchased this vehicle from Oxymoor and went back to N Huffman. Oxymoor Toyota was significantly better than Oxymoor Mazda. There was a bit of a bate and switch.

Great Experience Katrina arranged everything over the phone and I only spent 30 minutes looking at vehicle and signing the paperwork. Great and easy experience. She listened to what was important to me, the customer, and made it happen. Absolutely no games and direct, straight forward, and great pricing. She made it easy to do business.
