This place is a dump! Air conditioning was broke for months, room had mice, and various outlets did not work! Definitely not worth the money!
Dont move here! Upon moving my daughter in i was shocked to see the condition of the apartment. It needed updating and repairs badly. The electric you think is included is not you will be charged for "overages". The staff is unprofessional and will tell you one thing then charge you. And say oh sorry miscommunication. Trust me do not sign a lease here.
Been living at oxford village since the beginning of this school year and I really like it! The bedroom sizes are great along with some nice family room/kitchen sizes! Internet is surprisingly good, just needed to run an Ethernet cord from the family room to my room for my desktop. Window have some water coming through them every now and the but it's not that bad of a place! Had a great experience with the staff and all I talked with were extremely kind! Resigned and can't wait for next year!
I didn't live at the Oxford Village, but my girlfriend does. She has a registered service dog, and representatives from this realty company have tried to evict the dog, given her fines, and threatened to evict her if she doesn't get rid of her service dog. This is in clear disregard of her civil rights granted to her through the Americans with Disabilities Act. My message to anybody reading this, is that if you plan on renting an apartment through Oxford Village, just know that they are no friends to the disabled.
Good quality apartments at a very affordable place. Close to campus and furnished! I love living here!
