So far so good, the Dr. Terry actually listened to me.
I've been three times and waited over 2 hours each time even with an appt. The third time I asked when the least busy appointment time would be and booked first thing Thursday morning and still waited 2 hours. Sub-par healthcare. Friendly staff.
Dr Terry did a wonderful job with my surgery. He is now my husbands Dr as well. Who ever don't like the care he gives has a big problem because he will never do anything extra just to get money . He seems to be very honest and yes, he's a busy man so there's not time for him to sit and talk about the weather . Any place could have people working that could be friendlier but do you not have bad days at times ?
Dr. Terry's nurses and staff have been extremely helpful and kind throughout Matthews entire ordeal.
