We have had the best care from Dr. Boyd, Anna, and the entire staff at Oxford Ortho while going for my son’s broken arm! I would most definitely recommend them in the future.
First of all, let me say that I am an RN and understand how clinics work. My mother was seen by a PA at this clinic and misdiagnosed with a compression fracture in her spine. The PA even had an xray to use for diagnosis. My mom was in severe pain and the PA recommended she have a MRI which she scheduled for 2 weeks later. Who does that?? How can you go for 2 weeks in severe pain? It turns out my mother had a cyst on her spine that was pressing on the nerves. She will be having surgery in the next few days. BEWARE!
Everyone was friendly from the front desk back. Dr Luber was good at explaining what was going on.
