As a recent college grade who is rebuilding her credit, I was approved to move in and my score isn't in the 700-800 range. 3. There isn't a foul smell or any loitering. I love my brand new apartment at Solsitce! My husband and I moved in here a week ago and we have been very impressed by the great quality of our new place! There are lot of things that I really about my apartment but hands down the best part of my apartment is our amazing kitchen. We live in the smallest floor plan and our kitchen is very big, has an amazing island, tons of counter space, a lot of cabinet storage, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a real pantry! When I came to tour with my husband Rebbeca and Jasmine was nothing but wonderful! We moved in in march and have loved it every since. Always greeted with a smile. If any issues with the apartment, they will correct immediately! Quite and friend neighbors. When apply for the apartment no information was left out. Jasmine broke everything Down to use on how everything would work. My husbands score was in the 700 and we got approved for the apartment we wanted. I love our apartment and the leasing staff.

My husband and I stumbled upon Solstice when we were searching for apartments in the area. On our first visit with Rebecca, we felt so welcomed, valued, and cared for! We were blown away with the amazing quality of the apartments and all of the gorgeous models. Since moving in about a month ago, we have loved every bit of our experience. These apartments are so beautiful but they will take your application and admin fee which is $240 knowing you will not get approved. the guy Robert that's works for them even told me that their expectations are too high and their only looking for 700-800 beacons to live there so I shouldn't even waste my time .. I went to the apartments down the street and told them my experience and they told me I was the 3rd person to come in there and talk about how they are discriminating . U can't build nice apartments on the southside ... read more

Application guidelines are consistent throughout the process and every applicant has to view and sign a Statement of Rental Policy before submitting an application. The credit score stated is incorrect and our corporate team did not give out this information. All applications are refunded administrative fees if the application is denied. When u get there it smells like dog food! Not only could I not deal with the smell, I didnt like all the weird looking people hanging out in the parking lot. I think they were smoking those tweeds too. If you are thinking about it, DONT DO IT!!
