I moved in shortly after they opened, and I have been able to see the progression of the complex. I was highly pleased when the complex was under Matrix, but I have had nothing but negative experiences with Peak management. The whole dynamic of the complex has changed. The individuals moving in are questionable, and the change in management was abrupt. I am so frustrated that I am breaking my lease early. Moved into a complex that was taken over two months later by Peak. The new general manager was terrible and the overall quality of the place dropped quickly. If I brought up an issue, it was challenged, blamed on me, or vehemently denied. I paid double my monthly rent in a lease breaking fee and it was the best decision of my life.
I’ve been a resident here at Solstice since last October everything has been great until, June 7th. We were informed that the property was now under new management. A friend that I referred moved in and I was told that i would receive a referral fee one month after the move in date. However now that Peak management has taken over, I am now being told that i wont be receiving anything because “it was done under old management”. Solstice is an awesome place to live! In June I sold my home in Gwinnett and was in the process of buying another house off Bohannon Rd. While on my way to look at it, I passed Solstice Apts. Well the house fell through so I decided to stop and look at Solstice. Just looking at the outside had me, but then upon meeting the staff I knew this was the place I needed to be.
