I moved to Oxford under a different management and loved it there. It was very difficult to watch this complex change. We don’t know from day to day who is maintenance staff. The grounds look terrible, not maintained the way they should be. No more security, the maintenance supervisor is rude and narcissistic and Mary lets him get away with it. There are many more things I could talk about but won’t . Good luck to all of you.
In the first month of living here, our ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling. This hole was left in our ceiling for a month until I threatened to go to the City of Oak Park then by some miracle, they suddenly had the part to fix it. We had rodents in our ceiling on several occasion, light fixtures hanging by the wire in our building’s hallway and so much more. Stay far, far away.

RecommendedMaintenance is excellent! Raul fixed my AC after hours and was so awesome about it! I've been here 3+ years so far and enjoyed every bit of it. The amenities are awesome & the apartments are beautiful!

RecommendedAwesome community. Very well maintained and the finishes/quality are high end. Quiet, working professional or empty nester type residents. Very pet friendly! Location is convenient if you work on the southern side of GR, and 28th street is right there with everything you’d need.
