I fail to understand the reasoning behind scheduling patients for a 9am appt when Dr. Patel does not even get to the office until 10 or later. This makes no sense to me! Every single time I take my dad for an appt we are waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour or more. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is becoming the new normal apparently and in my opinion is unacceptable. I don't mind a 15 or 20 minute wait, but anything longer than that borders on the ridiculous and should be complained about by anyone that this has happened to.... read more
I like my Dr. Moolani an the care he has!! Especially putting up with my crap sometimes an love his Assistant Christy :-)
