Tina Holbrook is the least helpful "doctor" in the whole building. She wants to make you laugh or be your friend but I AM THERE FOR HELP. Dont make jokes about bleeding from "rough sex" or my "period" when im having severe kidney pain. I shouldn't have to fight for my care so hard, just to be listened too and it to be taken as serious as it feels. Symptoms for months and she didn't even want to get a culture done I HAD TO ASK. She is unprofessional and UNHELPFUL. If I went back and she was my "doctor" id just walk out.
The dr was amazing the front desk needs help maybe more training on not giving wrong information like they can't help someone but after seeing Dr and getting the help we asked for she needs to be told that she's not a nurse or Dr so she shouldn't say things like that.
Very professional, got me in and out in a timely manner and great service
