If I could leave a zero star, I would. I saw Dr. Quinn and it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a psychiatrist. After reliving years of painful trauma I was told that my original diagnosis was wrong. But that wasn’t the worst part, the worst part was when I explained that my chosen career path was being drastically changed due to wide sweeps by the federal government I was told “stop watching the news”. I made 1 appointment. When I called to make the appointment it was suggested that I make a telehealth appointment-it wasnt my idea, I didn’t request it before it was offered; it was never disclosed that Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn’t cover it. Then I got a bill for $442, when I called to figure out how 1 half hour telehealth appointment was that astronomically high, the best they could do was inform me that new patients get 2 charges & that I could try to apply for financial aid or make payments.
