Went in looking for a brand new full dress and gear but turned around and walked out without purchasing anything due to the fact we couldn't even get acknowledged by a single staff member. To me, customer service was very lacking. Will be looking elsewhere to purchase our bike.
On a recent trip to Yakima, my HD experienced some intermittent problem with the throttle.(went into limp idle mode). I stopped by the service dept without an appointment. Steve (mechanic) Immediately came out and checked out my bike. He diagnosed my problem, but unfortunately they didn't have the part required to fix the issue in stock, and by the time it would arrive, I would have departed for home.
