I bring my GSXR in to these guys and they always take great care of me. Jake and Gage in their service dept have done me right and kept me safe and on the road.

Jose or Paco that sells bikes inside is a jerk with a bad attitude and only helps or talks to people he has sold bikes to himself

Had lots of issues with the parts counter this winter. Most of the people I sled with can say the same too. Usually they are pretty good but something has changed and it's caused me to lose faith in ordering parts here. I don't want to get into specifics because I hope something changes and they change my opinion. The people are generally awesome and the selection is great for gear though. Cool place to check out all the new rides too.

I personally have had issues being helped at the dealership and caused mixed emotions. I will say that for my birthday I wanted a new street glide special. I went in the morning the owner immediately started helping me. They didn't have the bike I wanted but assured me they could get it. I really wanted it for my birthday so they sent their driver to Renton to a Harley dealership to get it.
