First time ever being there last week, went in for an oil change, spark plugs, new battery, and a full inspection, they went beyond what they had to do, they did all that plus adjusted my chain and clutch, then i noticed my bike was really shiny they even washed and cleaned it looked amazing like a different bike i was beyond satisfied definitely will be going back, THANKS TO JAKE AND TERRI at the service department: )

Superb service by the entire team. Special call out for Veteran Bradley (thank you for your service to our country too) who went the extra mile for us. He fixed my Road Glide hwy peg and then touched up some paint as well after a minor drop earlier that morning. Kudos to Owens! Thx guys!

Owens service department has jerked us around for 3 months in trying to get recall work done on our 2015 RZR. They kept saying they couldn't get the parts. Then they had all the parts but one. Contacted them today and they have the parts, had not bothered to call us and said it would be weeks before they could get to it. Granted we did not buy from them because they would not price match but at least be honest and tell the truth. The truth being that I am at the bottom of the list since I didn't pay $2000 more to get my RZR ... read more

We got to Yakima and needed a new battery. Owen's Cycle not only had what we needed, they delivered it to our hotel and took away the old battery. Thanks so much!
