I want to give a shout out to Owens Cycle and there service staff. I’m in the middle of my trip and had a issues with my bike. The service team found the problem and had the parts in stock. I was back on the road in 45minutes. Great job by and bunch of great guys!!!!
lazy. they don't want to do buisness. my husband wanted to snow check a new sled with them. Kevin and the general manager weren't interested. they couldn't be bothered with it. we will never do buisness with them. not to mention the sled was two thousand dollars higher. FU! I will make sure to share with friends and family.

Unprofessional service and dedication to great customer service. Tech and service manager knew the part we brought in wasn’t going to work well, yet, instead of calling us to bring in another part or possibly buy a new one for best results, they went ahead and “ tuned “ the atv the best they could. Letting us know the part will not run right after they charged us. Then Letting is know what mods to do to make it “kinda” run correctly. this was are second purchase from salesman Kevin in the last 15 months a scrambler 1000 and now 600 rmk has always followed through on everything he said he would do great service we were mildly interested in purchasing two sleds today but we could tell he was very busy so didn't pursue but all and all Kevin is great salesmen and Owens is a great dealership
