I had a beautiful home built after dealing with Owen Planning Service. However, this was my first time dealing with planning a house so I would have loved more input/suggestions from OPS. I would definitely have made the master bedroom larger. Other than that I was very pleased. I would actually give them a 4.5 ⭐ rating.
Very patient and detail oriented but always attentive to the clients needs. My result was a home that exceeded my expectations.
I am a Real Estate agent with a background in architectural field so I like to be involved in plans and construction so I went with my client to see Owen’s office, they delivered a very complete set and of plans, we had a very specific idea of what we wanted and they made a great job!

Barry was very easy to work with and designed our plans for our new home with all our requests in mind. He made changes very quickly when requested. We had a special front door going in our new home. He asked if we had a picture so he could incorporate it into our plans. Very nice job.

Barry did a wonderful job working with me to design my dream house. I brought him 3 different plans I had found online and told him what aspects I liked about each one. We revised the plans back and forth 3 times. He was more than willing to fix anything I had an issue with and made suggestions that I had not even thought of. I would definitely recommend him and would not think for a second about using anyone else.
