My wife and I have just started with Barry and he is already made great improvements in our design. We parted ways with our first designer and Barry is picking up the pieces. We are in the early stages of meeting with him, but are very happy so far. Barry is responsive, professional, and well versed.

Even when provided with a 3D design plan, Barry couldn't generate drawings ready for architect structural check and release for construction within 4 months. His insistence on using 2D drawings significantly impacted the cost estimates and introduced field changes to correct drawing errors

Owen Planning was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called Barry and he was very helpful, and easy to reach. He drew up my plans in January of 2018. Two months later my wife and I decided to change the drawings considerably. Again Barry was very helpful. I was expecting to see a large bill for redoing the plans but very happy with the outcome. My brother is looking to build in a couple of years and I recommended Owen Planing to him.
My wife and I hired Mr. Owens to draw plans for a home we wanted to build. After countless changes over several weeks the design was perfect. Most importantly Mr. Owen's price remained the same regardless of the amount of effort and time it took to make sure his client's were satisfied. We are now currently working with Mr. Owens again to design some outdoor spaces so we can get ready for the Summer. Very professional, prompt and Courteous! Highly Recommend

Barry Owen of Owen's Planning service is a great guy I have worked with him for many years and always got great service. He is real easy to work with and very reasonable also so if you are looking for a architect or just need some simple plans drawn up he is your guy for sure.
