I would highly recommend Owen Planning Service. Barry and his whole staff are wonderful to work with. I was referred to them and could not be more pleased with their services. They provide quality plans with attention to detail in a very timely manner. They really want you to be happy with the plans. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking to design a new house!
Barry Owen has many years of experience in home design. I enjoyed looking through his portfolio and picking out different ideas from his plans to create my own custom home. All through the many revisions he was patient and suggested ideas that I employed. His design fee was reasonable and fair.
Barry is a fair and honest draftsman, with great ideas and easy to work with. I would recommend him highly for any work.
I had a mental picture of the detached 3-car garage we wanted to build. We wanted an attractive, functional building that complimented our house. I also needed plans to submit for approval from the various licensing agencies. Our contractor suggested we contact Barry Owen. We did and could not have been more pleased. Barry was great to work with from start to finish! My husband and I designed our entire house with scratch with Barry. He understand the layout/flow exactly and took our "inspiration" photos and created our dream home!
Barry was great. He redesigned our garage to accommodate bigger and taller garage doors. He drew it up. Gave it to the contractor, and away we went. Everything went seamless and I would not hesitate to use Owen Planning Service again. Very reasonable price for a professional job.
