Owen Planning created 1972 sq ft house plans for me. He was able to put on paper exactly what we wanted with no issues and we had a finished product in a very short period of time.

I was very pleased to hire the services of Mr. Barry Owens. He designed a beautiful lake house for me. Barry listens and try to understand his customers and provides useful suggestions. He is well liked by local builders and is quite known in Columbia as well as its suburbs.

We built a new home in 2016. I had a very tight time frame on the start of construction when I contacted Barry about drawing our home. I've built 4 houses and this was to be the one I stayed in for good. To make things a little more difficult, we were replicating a 1885 farmhouse owned by a dear friend. I showed Barry photos of what we wanted and gave him measurements and he went to work. My real problem was time, permitting process was moving forward while Barry drew it.
