This is our first KIA HYBRID. The staff is friendly and professional.
After buying a Golf TDI in Portland Oregon I was starting the drive back to Louisville Kentucky when I got the warning the oil level was too high. The service center there was awesome, took my keys and quickly serviced the car so I was back on the road again.
Worst service place ever. Will be going to a different mechanic from now on.
I had a very good experience after moving 2,100 miles to the Tri Cities, finding a new dealership to service my vehicle. The service department was patient during the maintenance of a malfunctioning heated seat. Thank you for the follow-up and the follow through with getting the problem solved. I greatly appreciate it!
