Finance manager was a pig and stared at my chest the whole time. Pulled a 180 on us about insurance requirements and waited till papers were signed to tell us vital information. Not to mention they sold me a car with problems in less than 30 days, and refused to service it.
If I could give ZERO starts I would. Regret buying a car from Overturf Motor ! I've had the car since March 2023 2018 Volkswagen that they claim is Certified Pre-Owned and the transmission shifter already had to be replaced and the car still has NO acceleration while I am merging on to traffic on stepping on the gas pedal. the needles on the *** dashboard fluctuate very rapidly and the car pulls itself. RecommendedWhat originated in a service call for my 2016 kia rio, turned into one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a dealership! Frank was very nice, and helped showcase the vehicle I was looking at in a great way. I drove away from the lot in an entirely different vehicle, and I'm very happy with my decision! I'm impressed with how professional everyone was, and the follow up later via mail. If I ever need to purchase a new vehicle, Overturf Motors will be my first choice! We recently bought our new Tiguan from Bill. From the moment we got there we were treated very professionally. We had been car shopping for a while and were there to see what the options were. Everyone was very kind and answered all of our questions. There was no unnecessary pressure to make a sale. If made us feel like they were truly concerned with our wants. When we found the car we loved the process was seamless and easy. We are so in love with our car and will recommend Overturf to anyone looking.
Went in for service on my little beetle and had excellent customer service. They really put their customer first and that is just amazing!!
