Parts and service department is trash! Don’t call you when it’s ready and when it’s ready they’ve damaged something else so you have to wait longer. 🤦🏼♂️ there was a reason I bought the Tiguan from somewhere else, I guess I forgot.
We purchased two vehicles from Overtuft this month! We had an amazing experience! Drove down and purchased one car then ended up having them deliver our second vehicle the next day! My car had a few issues they didn’t realize when I purchased it. I gave them a call and they immediately offered to take care of the problems! Would definitely recommend them! Will definitely go back when we’re ready to upgrade!
