Some good. Some bad. But ultimately not a great experience at KIA. Started off good. I unfortunately had the AC in my Kia EV6 go out. The dealership made accommodations to get me in before my 5 year 60k mile coverage was up. They were even nice enough to get me into a loaner car. Thats where the good ends and the bad starts. June 18, 2026 I went to Kia to puchase a suv. Sales guy came out the one suv I wanted to look had a dead battery. Didn't even offer to charge it to let me test drive it. When I asked about other vehicles, I was told, I'm nit going sit out here in the heat looking at cars if you want tontest drive one you can come back tomorrow morning when it's cooler.
