Absolutely amazing she came into Schafers Enterprises Inc,/ Twice As Nice second Hand Store and all of our mentality and physical disabilities adult clients had a blast learning and singing and playing along with her. We will definitely be having her back in the future! Thank you from: SCHAEFER ENTERPRISES INC

Lindy helped me so much. I was having a really hard time and I felt like I had come to a place in traditional counseling where I was struggling to move forward but after doing several music therapy sessions I started being able to express myself more genuinely and it helped me push through deeper in my other counseling sessions. Lindy Welch, started with Bridging Family as a Music Therapy Intern in September of 2020 and stayed on with us after graduating. She comes to our Day Program for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities once a week. Lindy has made such a difference with mobility, inclusion, and participation. She has picked up some of our people for private therapy and that has also been very successful. To all of us, she is a Rock Star!

Lindy just has to mention the name of a song, and my mother will start singing it. Lindy also plays several memory games and things that work on other cognitive skills incorporated into the music, which is hopefully helping my mother retain and use what skil... read more
