I would give it a zero if Google would allow it. This was the absolute worst hospital I have ever experienced. Too many negatives to list and NO, patient experience DOES NOT help. They are only in place to prevent your complaints from reaching the upper administrators.
Don't waste your time or your money here. Clearly incompetent providers (doctors and nurses). Unnecessary tests are ordered (surely to rack up insurance bills) while essential ones are delayed. In a couple of occasions we had to go to another ER to receive appropriate care. In urgent situations, the buck should stop at an emergency room, but it's clear that it doesn't stop at Overlook
If I could give this place zero stars I would , be super careful when visiting drs here they tell you need all these testings and then bill your insurance like outpatient even if its done in the doctor office setting !!! And they will sue you they dont care about your well being!!!!!!
