Signed up online for an appt to get an estimate on replacing my garage door springs. Received a phone call from their office and made a verbal appt for 2 days later with the appt window between 8am-12noon. Called around 11am the day of to check on the status of my appt. The nice lady said I am scheduled from noon to 4 today. (??) I blocked out the morning hours so I could be at home for the appt. I can't cancel the rest of my day. Our garage doors were installed and serviced by Roberts Overhead which has gone out of business and I did not know it. I googled Roberts Overhead to get the phone number to call for service and called the first search result for Roberts. Because this company purchased advertising on Google their info came first. This is completely legal but deceptive as they are hoping people make the same mistake I did. Overhead Door was here within just a few hours after I called to replace our broken garage door spring. The job was completed much more quickly than I expected (the two men obviously knew what they were doing) and I was given advice re how to take good care of the new spring. Excellent service!
