Scheduling a time for them to come in was a joke. Their residential service guy is always either out for lunch, on another call or just not in the office. After 3 days of phone tag I finally get ahold of him and can't get seen for over a week. Called another company and got setup first call for the next day, with a a better price too
I had a door installed and opener and was very impressed with the work. The commercial guys that showed up were very intelligent. He answered all my questions and got the job done in a very timely manner. Thank you
Hired them to fix a large receiving bay door spring for our business. Gave them the door height and dimensions when scheduling the apt. They arrived, but didn't have the right equipment so they left. They came back a second time, still didn't have the right equipment so they left....again...Came back the third time and finally fixed the spring. We were charged for all 3 visits! If they actually get my door fixed today, I might change this rating. It would go up but not down, since 1/02. Now after Friday 1/9 with a new part, it doesn't work at all. it's appalling that I had to continue to call and leave voice mails that this needs to be resolved before Ryan called me back. I was on the phone so it went to voice mail. Called him back 20 minutes later with no response. Annie, has called me back several times, but nothing has been resolved.
