Gary Nash did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He was very friendly, professional and prompt.
Our garage door spring broke and I called for someone to come out and fix it. Gary Nash was here the next morning. He fixed the springs and serviced the door. He was polite and professional. I recommend calling Overhead door if you have any problems with your garage door.
Great experience from start to finish. Called Thursday morning to set up appointment. They accommodated my late afternoon early evening timeframe for that same evening. The technician, Gary Nash, called 10 minutes before his arrival. He arrived with all the components needed to complete the repair of my garage door. After the springs snapped, my garage door was unusable. We put in a service call to Overhead Door and they scheduled a technician to handle the repair. Gary Nash arrived promptly at the specified appointment time, surveyed the issues, and started work straight away. Repairs were finished within an hour and the door is working smoothly again. Thanks!
Got home last night and hit the button to close the garage door and the spring broke! I called overhead door and put in a service call. Gary Nash called me to let me know what time he would b here. He got here on time and fixed my door so my vehicles were no longer trapped in my garage. He explained some aging issues with my door and got everything working! I couldn't b happier! Thank you!!!
