Called & then stopped at the Norfolk Overhead Door Company for a replacement keypad. Everyone was helpful & knowledgeable. I was on my way in no time. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

My wife and I bought a new townhome here in Norfolk back in June of 2021 and we found out Overhead Door had installed the garage door. One day in February of 2022. I opened the garage door and I saw a few small screws on the ground and I noticed that they came from the bottom of the garage door where the rubber seal was. Worst service ever, I have been waiting 8 months for doors. No way I should ever take that long to make a dam door. Now stuff is going to freeze. Never again will I do bisness with overhead.
