I had a recent service need where several people were not able to program my overhead remote door opener on my new vehicle. The office staff and the service technician persisted to resolve the issue. They were helpful, timely and friendly. I highly recommend them

The people at the overhead door company are amazing. Two quick raves, my mom had to have a kidney transplant (from my wife, no less) when her garage door opener quit working. The team at the overhead door company in Mason City took care of everything. More recently the spring on my dad's garage door broke while it was going up. Letting one side of the garage door wedge between the rails. Sean Wells personally came over after hours and had the door fixed, lubricated and running smoothly in like 30 minutes! 11 am appointment was set, didnt show up til 1215pm. I tried calling several times with no answers, they never told me they were running late... atleast he cranked out some Pink Floyd!

They dont cover the warranty if you bought the house. Real cool. I will take my business somewhere else.
