The Cortland OHD was great at every step of the process. I was able to easily get answers on the 2 oversize doors I needed for my large garage. I was kept current on delivery and installation. Even when I had to alter the install date, Kasey accommodated me with no hassle at all. Installation was professional and precise by Junior, Adam W, and Chris W. Excellent, efficient service from Overhead Door employees, John C and Junior B. They were prompt, polite and professional and did an excellent job installing my new garage door. I was very pleased, both with my choice of doors and the installation service I received.

My garage door opener was not working properly. Overhead Door sent Chris W. the very next day. They had called me with a specific two hour window, so I did not have to wait an entire day. Chris was actually a bit early which suited me just fine. While here, Chris was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to determine the problem with efficiency. With excellent earlier advice from Greg M., we are absolutely delighted with our choice of door style, with the quality of the product, and with the quality of the work. We also received excellent guidance on the many safety features and help in reprograming our inbuilt vehicle remote openers. All in all, a company and technicians to recommend very strongly indeed.
