I reached out to OH Door of Cortland about installing a door in my barn whihc had never had an overhead door. I shared with Greg what I wanted and he coached me into a great solution. Order came in on schedule. Geoff and Josh came out and did great job on the install. They were very professional and conscientious to make sure I knew the do's and dont's of operation. Greg's recommendations were spot on. The door looks awesome! Great investment to my property.
I am very pleased doing business with the overhead door company. When a rust issue developed on the bottom of one of my two doors after several years Greg was very helpful in working with me and the manufacturer to get both garage doors replaced, (so the colors would match). The installers, Jr. and Geoff, were also excellent. Very professional with the installation and answered all of my questions in a thorough and courteous manner. Christopher W. came yesterday and replaced my very old door opener that had been working since 1976. When we had our power surge a few months ago my old opener was a casualty. Christopher replaced the opener and adjusted the springs on the heavy door so I could open it manually with more ease if I needed to do so. He was pleasant, explained everything and had the work done in short order. I am so happy with my new opener. Thank you, Chris and Overhead Door.

The Cortland OHD was great at every step of the process. I was able to easily get answers on the 2 oversize doors I needed for my large garage. I was kept current on delivery and installation.
