They were amazing. Fixed four doors with adjustments in less than an hour. Took care of hard closing problem and fixed two commercial doors that had "gap" problems. Technician was an excellent communicator and did fantastic work!!

Just called them because they serviced our garage door before we closed on the house (as part of the closing agreement). We closed 27 days after the work was done, and we just moved in this week. We noticed our door doesn’t smoothly close (stops midway) so I called the company, I was told their warranty is only 30 days and it won’t transfer to us as new owners. We’ve had to have our garage repaired twice for two separate reasons and each time, we called Overhead Door Company. They’re truly wonderful! I love the option to schedule the service times online and I appreciate the honesty of the technicians that come out. They’re not just “in it for the money”. Terrible service, have to go through someone else. I gave them a call to come look at my garage door (replace or fix). A gentlemen arrived and looked over our situation and stated he would get back to me. 2 weeks later, no call. I called into the office and spoke to someone to get an update. The lady looked into our case and stated that she would leave a message for the tech that came out. No call..don't waste your time.
