What a negative experience. Our tension spring snapped and we didn't realize it until we went to leave and the door wouldn't open. It was on a Saturday and we were told that we would have to pay a $250 emergency fee JUST to get someone out to look at it. And the soonest appointment they could offer us was Tuesday between 2-6pm which was 3 days out. They couldn't tell us how to even get our door open with the tension spring broken so both our cars are trapped. We called another local company because that is simply unacceptabl... read more
I had the large spring break unexpectantly. Their service man showed up on a Sunday and did everything to resolve my problem and help get my cars out of the garage, however I have a unique door with two springs which need to be custom cut. Monday they called and set a early Tuesday service call to replace both springs. Great customer service!

Awesome company to work with! We had a door installed over the summer. Looks beautiful! It started stopping when being raised with the automatic opener about 18” up. Technician came out at no charge and adjusted the tension— works perfectly.
